By signing this form you declare that all details are filled in truthfully, and that you agree that your details are saved and used by AEGEE-Enschede. You also authorize AEGEE-Enschede to:

• collect the yearly contribution, which is set by the General Members Meeting, from the bank account given above, until the end of your membership. This needs to be in writing and needs to be done at least 4 weeks before the start of the association year, as mentioned in the statutes of AEGEE-Enschede (linked below).
• to collect money for activities in which you took part in. If you do not agree with any money that has been collected, you have 8 weeks to contact you bank.
